How to Remove or Ban a Member From Your Group

Running a group can be tricky, especially when members behave poorly. To protect against bad behavior, owners have the ability to remove or ban members from the group.

1. From your group’s home screen, open your group menu at the top of your screen and choose Member Directory from the menu options.

2. Select the member you would like to remove or ban and press the blue Manage Member button.

3. Scroll to the bottom of that new screen and choose Remove From Group or Ban From Group and then click Yes to confirm.

Members who are removed can request to rejoin the group pending admin approval. Members who are banned will be unable to rejoin the group until an admin removes the ban.
