Assigning Your New Subscription to One of Your Groups

You have just purchased a GroupSpot subscription for one or more of your groups. The next step is to assign that subscription to the group of your choice so you can start enjoying your expanded benefits right away.

GroupSpot subscriptions are designed to be flexible. You can mix and match by assigning a subscription to one group while turning it off for another. This setup is ideal for admins who manage multiple groups with seasonal activity, as well as for those who create new groups each year and archive older ones. Below is a step by step guide to assigning your new subscription.

Single Group Assignment

1. Once your purchase has been completed, remember you still need to assign your subscription to the group even if you only made a single group subscription purchase.

2. Tap on Assign Now to get started.

3. On the next screen, if you only have one group to elevate to your new tier, you will only see that group listed to choose from. Tap on the checkbox to assign and enable your new subscription.

Multiple Group Assignment

1. If you have purchased a multiple group subscription, follow the steps above to get to the Subscriptions screen.

2. This time choose the groups that you want to assign and enable your new subscription status. Remember you will only be able to assign your new status to groups that you are an Owner or an Admin of.

By letting Organizers choose the groups they want to elevate, GroupSpot gives admins the ultimate flexibility with their subscriptions, providing a foundation for how you build, manage, and grow your community.
