GroupSpot gives groups the ability to feature their supporters and sponsors with the Partners feature. It doesn’t matter whether the partner is a promotional supporter or paid sponsor, either way they now have a home to be recognized inside your group. And once highlighted, your membership will have the opportunity to give back to those partners. Setting up new Partners is easy.
1. From your group menu, tap Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap Features.
3. From the list of Special Features, toggle Partners on.
Once you refresh your app and re-enter the group, you will see the Features icon on your group’s home screen represented by a megaphone icon. Tap the megaphone icon to open the feature. Then tap on the big blue ADD PARTNER button to get started.
Start by adding your partner’s key details: Name, Headline, Location, Phone, Hours of Operation, Email, Website, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and About. Once those key details have been added, tap the green SAVE button.
Once saved, you will return to your list of partners. Click into the partner and hit the pencil icon to make edits to the existing partner OR tap the + icon to add a new partner.
