There may come a time when you need to cancel your GroupSpot Premium subscription. Maybe your sports season has ended, your big event has passed, or you simply no longer need Premium. Whatever the reason, GroupSpot makes it easy to cancel your active subscription.
The subscription holder can cancel from either their account settings or directly from within their group. Here’s how to do both.
1. From your list of groups, tap the Account Icon in the upper navigation.
2. Select Premium Subscriptions.
3. Tap Manage Subscription.
4. Select Cancel Subscription.
5. Confirm by selecting Yes, cancel subscription.
You can also cancel your subscription directly from within your group. The process is similar, but starts from your group settings.
1. Open your group menu and select Group Settings.
2. Tap the Premium row.
3. Select Manage Subscription.
4. Select Cancel Subscription.
5. Confirm by selecting Yes, cancel subscription.
That’s it. Your Premium subscription will be canceled, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete.
