Staying Updated on RSVP and Signup Activity

Busy organizers have the option to receive alerts on their RSVP and Signup posts. You can choose to receive alerts when there is a new RSVP or signup, or when someone makes a change to an existing response. These alerts are especially helpful when someone removes themselves from a signup spot that still needs to be filled or when you need an accurate RSVP headcount. Setting up these alerts only takes a few steps.

1. During the create post flow, tap the + button and choose RSVP or Signup from the menu of add-ons.

2. Once the RSVP is added, tap the Required for All Members row to open the RSVP settings. For Signups, you will be taken directly to the settings screen.

3. If you want alerts for new RSVPs or Signups, toggle on Alert Author of New RSVPs or Alert Author of New Signups.

4. If you want alerts when someone changes their RSVP or Signup response, toggle on Alert Author of Changes.

5. Tap the green DONE button at the top of the screen to save your updates.

These alerts help organizers stay on top of important participation updates without needing to constantly check posts manually. They are a simple way to keep events, volunteer needs, and group planning running smoothly.
